Injury Prevention

The training plans offer support and guidance on how to incorporate strength and conditioning into your overall program.

Understanding your running form and how to improve can help you to run more efficiently, enhance performance and mitigate injury.
This assessment is completed from video footage or during a 1-on-1 coaching session.

Coming from a rehab background, I will also have injury prevention exercise plans, if it is needed.
Injury prevention will ensure you can be able to keep working to achieve your goals in the short and long term.

Once you’ve subscribed to a coaching package and set up TrainingPeaks you’ll connect with your coach by email. This is where we learn who you are, what your goals are, and what your weekly schedule looks like. From there, you’ll have access to all of your workouts in TrainingPeaks giving you peace of mind that you’re moving towards your goals.

Training plans are delivered direct to your personal TrainingPeaks account, arguably the best training software available, to enable you to easily upload your training data and allow a detailed assessment of your training and racing.
